About This Content They say the more things change, the more they stay the same. For instance, you. You move on to new trolls, but your goal is an ever-fixed mark. Friends, comrades, a modicum of sympathy in this deep, dark world. They also say you should be careful what you wish for. Desires give way to pain, disillusionment, failure. They also say… that you can’t always get what you want. But what the hell do “they” know? Who are “they," anyway? Some faceless, nameless creature of void and existential scare quotes? They don’t know you. They don’t know your life. They don’t understand the delectable sweetness of a fresh scoop of friendship on a hot day. They can’t comprehend the sensual thrill of a brand-new volume of the Hiveswap Friendsim. They are a stranger to the myriad delights of expecting two new trolls, but instead finding yourself rewarded with three just because the universe is so good and kind and ready to pour blessings upon you. So forget about them. Come hang out with us. We got you.---You just crash-landed on Alternia, and you’re DESPERATE for friendship! Anyone will do...wait, who are those two trolls approaching you?The Hiveswap Friendsim is a quick, loosely-canonical visual novel adventure following the efforts of the unnamed protagonist (that’s you!) to survive and maybe even thrive on the harsh surface of ALTERNIA. Set in the time of Hiveswap: Act 1, this episodic visual novel’s opening volume, written by Homestuck creator Andrew Hussie, is sure to satisfy Homestuck and Hiveswap fans who are eager for a darker stroll across the Alternian landscape. Future episodes will arrive regularly as DLC. 7aa9394dea Title: Hiveswap Friendsim - Volume SixGenre: Adventure, Casual, Indie, RPG, SimulationDeveloper:What Pumpkin Games, Inc.Publisher:What Pumpkin Games, Inc.Release Date: 22 Jun, 2018 Hiveswap Friendsim - Volume Six Download Link I don't have much to say on these thress but still had fun playing!! 16\/10!!. This is by far my favorite volume of Friendsim.Elwurd is a great character with some hilarious dialogue (there's a slam-poetry section, 10\/10), and all the paths with her have good progression and depth instead of abruptly dead-ending if you don't choose the "good" option.Kupram and Folykl aren't as much fun compared to Elwurd, so I'd recommend getting them out of the way first. They're a cute duo with some funny bits, but their memes just aren't as fresh. I did get a hefty laugh from a hentai joke though, so you have that to look forward to.Definitely recommend this volume overall though, it's one of the best, mainly for Elwurd. Idk who's writing all these Alternian waifus but they're killin' it.. incredibly good volume; gonna be upfront worth a dollarthe characters are pretty interesting and entertaining, though elwurd is about what youd expect, that by no means makes her bad, and kuprum and folykl are a little more out there than i thought they would betheres plenty of new troll lore, continuity between it and previous acts (including a reappearance of a character from volume three), and even a few brand new trolls- albeit with nonspeaking roles- who havent been introduced via troll callthere are the expected grammatical errors- such as an instance of elwurd being referred to as both she and they within a couple sentences, although thats a little subjective on whether its really an issue or not, and has a low chance of being intentional, and, the plural of "cheeto" is written as both "cheetoes" and "cheetos"not that big of a deal but not impossible to preventelwurds art as youve probably already heard many people say is not quite up to par with some of the other characters, but its no hindrance to me reallythis has gotten too long, mostly on account of the fact that i overuse linebreaksso yeah, overall a solid hour of fun>mfw cullbait nerdlord types too much. These last two packs have been better than some of the others, but it better not become a normal dating sim, because it kind of seems like thats where the story is heading.. incredibly good volume; gonna be upfront worth a dollarthe characters are pretty interesting and entertaining, though elwurd is about what youd expect, that by no means makes her bad, and kuprum and folykl are a little more out there than i thought they would betheres plenty of new troll lore, continuity between it and previous acts (including a reappearance of a character from volume three), and even a few brand new trolls- albeit with nonspeaking roles- who havent been introduced via troll callthere are the expected grammatical errors- such as an instance of elwurd being referred to as both she and they within a couple sentences, although thats a little subjective on whether its really an issue or not, and has a low chance of being intentional, and, the plural of "cheeto" is written as both "cheetoes" and "cheetos"not that big of a deal but not impossible to preventelwurds art as youve probably already heard many people say is not quite up to par with some of the other characters, but its no hindrance to me reallythis has gotten too long, mostly on account of the fact that i overuse linebreaksso yeah, overall a solid hour of fun>mfw cullbait nerdlord types too much. These guys were ok. I would definitely buy them just to see for yourself.Elwurd... was honestly kind of one-note in my opinion. Her character role was the badass-lesbian who was getting over a break-up. Elwurd. L-Word. Not even subtle. BUT the way I see it, I do like the relationship that was explored BETWEEN herself and another troll we have previously seen, also setting the precedent that trolls from past volumes can return for a bit. All the same, to theme a character after her same-sex relationship seems a little bit like a heavy-handed token to me, especially considering Homestuck and Hiveswap already have a great abundance of gay\/lesbian\/bi characters that were actually more flushed out with more aspects to their personality. But, we did only just now get to talk with her. It's just: I may be LGBT, but you can't sell me a character on their sexuality and romantic life. Luckily, I just happened to enjoy seeing the dynamic of the girls that broke up and what little time we got to see of our character just spending time with her.Kuprum and Folykl are sweet. One of the better friendships portrayed in my opinion. I very much pale-ship them. Not as many thoughts on them, but I enjoyed their dynamic as well. My father took the Extended Zodiac quiz and shares a sign with Kuprum, so that was a little extra fun for me. Overall, I thought this was a fair volume.. Both routes were great, Kuprum and Folkyls route could have more connection with the player, but their and Elwurds routes were especially entertaining, especially the part with Elwurd and her 'kismesis.' 10\/10. So.... Kuprum and Folykls path was very short and i finished very quickly. I love the personality of the two, but the path didnt have a lot of bonding then say Zebruhs path had. (but then again that was TOO much bonding.) Elwurd, was better in my opinion. She had a couple of longer choices, but i feel i got to the victory in an INSANE amount of time. Good round for this week, but i feel it was over much too quickly. :(. Elwurd is my favorite VriskaAlso it was nice to see Bronya againKuprum and Folykl were...a trip That bit with them using the MC like a copper wire was something I very much wasn't expecting lol
